What are some common factors that determine the price of my sign?
There are three main factors that determine the price of any sign; Quality, Time and Budget.

Is there different grades of sign Quality?
Yes, There are varying degrees of quality based on how this sign will be used. For example if you need a banner for a one day parade, we will plan on using a less expensive grade banner material than if you are planning on using the banner everyday outdoors for the next twelve months. Here are different sign styles and sign materials.

Timing - How long does it take to create my sign or banner?
Our standard turnaround is one week. However, in some cases we can have it ready for you the same day you order it (rush charges will apply.)

Budget - How much will the sign, decal or banner cost?
We have a sign right for any budget. Let us know how much you are looking to spend so we can provide you with the best sign solution for that price.

Should I look for the cheapest price when selecting my signs?
Buying a quality sign the first time will save you money in the long run. It will keep you from having to repair and replace a less expensive sign every year. We use only the best quality materials in crafting your sign. For this reason, it will last longer and look better than a lesser made, cheaper sign. 

When do I need a sign permit from the city?
Any sign work done indoors and not visible from the street does not require a sign permit. Any sign or banner outdoors usually does. If you are in an office or retail complex, chances are your landlord or property manager will have sign guidelines that we will need to meet. If you are unsure of what your landlord will allow, take a look at your neighbors’ advertising for an idea.

Can Rockingham Signs help me with getting a sign permit?
Yes! The city your business is in will have its own set of sign codes. They are often posted on their city web site. Rockingham Signs can help you determine what your city will allow for advertising signs. We can also help with applying for, and obtaining any sign permits you need.

How do I know I am going to like my sign or banner after it is finished ?
Seeing is believing! For that reason, Rockingham Signs can provide you with a sign design superimposed on your building, vehicle or property. The design will be to scale, so there will be no surprises.

How do I send my idea or artwork to you?
Our goal has always been to take a client's existing idea and bring it to life. Your idea or design can be emailed in the form of a PDF sketch, CAD drawing, JPEG, or other computer design. All pertinent dimensions and quantities will need to be included with your inquiry.
